Payments & Cancellations:

• All prices are listed in Euro (€)


• All tours are booked and paid in advance through our secure booking and payment system.


• We do not offer cancellation or refunds for purchased tours or gift vouchers.

Safety:

• All our tours will involve a variety of locations and walking surfaces such as paved roads and sidewalks, gravel and stairs, both exterior and interior.


• We will at all times do our utmost to keep you safe and provide guidance as we move through the city. However, you agree to participate entirely on your own personal risk and take full responsibility for your actions.


• You are advised to follow the local weather conditions and wear appropriate clothing and footwear.


• We operate our tours in all possible weather conditions and do not cancel tours based on weather. Remember that the most interesting images can be made during challenging conditions. If the weather is a risk to your safety we will, however, cancel the tour and you will be offered to reschedule at a later date.

Admissions:

• Admission to any possible location or building are not included.


• It is advised to bring cash in local currency for tours where the admission fee is needed. This will be clearly stated in the confirmation email for the specific tour.

Gift Vouchers:

• Purchased gift vouchers are valid 12 months from the day of purchase and cannot be refunded.


• Gift vouchers can be redeemed against any of our PhotoWalk tours at the printed value.


• The unused value will remain valid for additional purchase thru the expiration date.

Insurance:

• We advise that you have insurance for your own camera and other equipment. Better Moments Photo Exploring cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to your photographic equipment during the tour.


• We also strongly advise that you purchase a valid travel and/or trip-cancellation insurance. Better Moments PhotoWalks does not accept liability for any possible injury or accident happening during a tour.
