Kostanjevica na Krki: From the vine into wine

At Jablance near Kostanjevica na Krka, we are beckoned by views that on a clear day reach all the way to Triglav. Among the vines that produce grapes for Rožnati Cviček, Oranžno rumeni Plavec, Modra Frankinja and other wines, we descend into the cellar, where we get to know the taste of these wines accompanied by dishes that vineyard used to eat.
Here we get to know the story of a family that has been in wine production for eight generations. The master’s story leads us from the vines in the vineyard to the harvest and the barrels, and to the oldest part of the cellar, with the top archive wines.
